    How can I find the product I am interested in?

    Finding a product on Alèa is simple and intuitive. In the “Shop” you will find all our products, with product categories and subcategories for easy searching. You will be able to find detailed information about each individual product and data sheets on the product-specific page.

    I found the product I was looking for, how do I go about purchasing it?

    If you have found the product you are interested in, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. This action is not binding and does not determine the order. You will be able to add more items, empty your cart, or proceed by clicking the “Checkout” button. You can now log in with your credentials, if you are registered, or proceed to register with our site by filling out the forms with your information. If you do not want to register, you can still proceed normally with your purchase. Finally, choose the ancillary delivery services and confirm the order by clicking on the button for the chosen payment method.

    How can I make the payment?

    You can choose between two payment methods:

    • Through PayPal, using your credit card (from any circuit) or even a prepaid card (e.g., Postepay). You do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment.
    • By bank transfer, following the instructions given and entering the bank details indicated.

    How can I check my orders?

    If you register, you will be able to access the restricted area where you will find the “My Orders” section. In this section you will be able to view your order and the status of your order, with the tracking code to enter on the shipper’s site. The latter will be sent to you by e-mail in any case, even if you are not registered.

    After how long will I receive the product?

    We normally deliver our products within 2 to 5 working days.

    What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?

    We recommend that you provide a shipping address where you can be easily found. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a passing notice and make a second attempt. If unsuccessful, the goods will remain in storage at the nearest freight forwarder’s branch.
