Four generations of tradition and innovation that preserve the beauty of the Terre Salentine.

Alèa was born in Martano, the largest town in Grecia Salentina, from the passion of the Coricciati family who, with unchanged love and a brilliant spirit of innovation, celebrate and renew a story that has lasted for more than four generations.

02. Our Production

We have been carrying on our work with commitment, dedication and passion for over a century.

From harvesting to bottling in just two hours: a promise of taste, color and aroma that is always kept.

The harvest of the precious fruits of Ogliarola Leccese and Cellina Nardò always takes place in the first ten days of November, when they have just begun to ripen.

Fruits that are transformed into oil in just two hours in the modern family mill, in full respect of the naturalness of the product.

03. Our Products

An oil that gives emotions.

This ancient and necessary procedure allows the Alèa Extra Virgin Olive Oil to keep its nutritional properties intact and enhances its unmistakable sensations of taste and aroma.

Since 2006, the Alessandro Coricciati farm has also undertaken the production of D.O.P Terra d’Otranto oil, which is added to the other three blends Deciso, Cortese and Perfetto and which has its roots in the centuries-old history of the Coricciati family and its olive groves.
